Good stuff Incas!
I'm waiting for my AAFP cronies to "review the evidence" and make a statement about mammo and Pap screening. I expect them to tow the line of politics over evidence.
Incas, can you elaborate a little on your conspiracy theory about the timing of these recs -think I know where you're going but would like more clarity.
What bugs me about the Pap issue is that people are going nuts that needing to do 2000 mammos in the 40-50 group to save 1 life is a vital importance, whatever the cost - but we have a CC screening test that is better AND cost effective but can't get it as SOC.
