It is not Louis who is the really dangerous one in this thread, DM. He at least writes like an idiot and therefore can be spotted as an idiot. The truly dangerous one is James S, whose idiocy is masked by a veneer of seemingly intelligent use of the English language. Sadly, whoever taught him to write English quite well failed to teach him how to read English quite well.
In James S's crazy upside-down world, Pythagoras was delusional, the legendary Richard Russell is "barking", the BBC is "not what it was", but Louis is a "sage" who "has a better macro understanding on the nature of markets and people than most on here". What's that old Chinese proverb? "A fool is only a fool. But he who believes a fool to be wise is truly lost".
Newcomers to investing who come onto this website looking for sensible advice run the risk of believing that people like James S actually know what they are talking about. It is to protect them that I will continue to enter this thread at regular intervals and toss a grenade or two into the bull-twits' cage.
I only wish Rocky would re-enter this thread from time to time - he could create so much chaos that it would be glorious to watch!
