The reason why the prophet Muhammad does not appear in the bible is because he was born some 600 years after Christ and the New Testament of the bible had already been written (and then heavily edited) long before Muhammad was born.

For all you know Muhammad *is* the true messiah (it says so in the Qur'an) and christianity is based on a bit of a mix-up that has been compounded by human error and pigheadedness.
