If you want to do something about immigration in your area, why not start doing evening work teaching English? That might actually help, mightn't it?

You will have to speak to brown people, but at least you can talk down to them.

Just what has colour go to do with it? and kindly explain how teaching English is going to aliviate the problem of Excessive population growth?

As an alternative you could offer your services; as a clown!!
