Customers that no bank wants don't like Lloyds.
Fine. Move elsewhere.
I am happy with Lloyds and their charges on people who breach overdraft and credit card limits.
I was a couple of days late on a CC payment a few months back and it cost me £50. Right on! I wont forget again. But Lloyds are well within their rights to charge me as - like everyone else - I AGREED their terms and conditions.
I get a call every couple of months from my local bank manager / customer service type person to make sure I'm happy. Of course, it is a sales call for them as well... but I understand they run a business and appreciate the service anyway.
Their only mistake was to buy HBOS. Other than that they would be doing fine. I haven't checked recently but I think the Lloyds TSB part are still making profits....
