Agree with your points and if the media is to be believed today it was primarily Nationwide who cribbed about the NSI products as billons were withdrawn from their savings accounts paying paltry interest to preserve their margins.
So the banks and BS’s are dictating economic policy, not the elected government and the un elected crash Gorgan and his cronies who, as DB64 observes, are looking beyond the next election when they get chucked out, but will the blue mob lead by Lord Snooty do any better? I am not holding my breath!
