What ramifications do the secret HBOS loans have for Lloyds shareholders. Could potentially Lloyds shareholders sue the government for concealing material facts about the strength of HBOS?

With Lloyds shares plunging like a stone this morning is there finally a realisation that Lloyds shareholders have been totally screwed sinking in.
